We are looking for a structured, proactive and tech-curious Compliance Coordinator to join the Group Compliance function at Hoist Finance. This is an opportunity to take on a varied role combining coordination, administration and process improvement in an international environment.

About the role

As Compliance Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the Group Compliance function, working closely with colleagues across Europe. The function covers a broad range of areas, including financial crime prevention, data protection and business ethics.

Your responsibilities will combine administrative and operational support with opportunities to drive improvements and develop more efficient ways of working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Compliance reporting, governance activities, meetings and Group-wide initiatives

• Supporting monitoring activities, recurring Compliance processes and following up actions

• Coordinating Compliance training activities, surveys and documentation.

• Managing and developing SharePoint sites, Compliance tools and internal information.

• Identifying opportunities to simplify, digitalise and automate processes, including through the use of AI.

The role offers a mix of recurring administrative tasks and independent initiatives, giving you the opportunity to take ownership and contribute to the continued development of the Compliance function.

Who you are

We believe you have a few years of professional experience, perhaps from an administrative or coordinating role, or as a paralegal or assistant. Previous experience in Compliance, legal or financial services is an advantage but not a requirement.

You have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable working with SharePoint and other digital tools. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Above all, you are highly organized, detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You enjoy supporting others, take pride in delivering high-quality work and are equally comfortable handling routine administrative tasks and taking ownership of new initiatives.

You are proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the confidence to troubleshoot problems and explore new ways of working. An interest in technology, digitalization and AI will help you succeed in this role.
