We are now looking for a Head of Compliance to our Stockholm office.

About the role

In this role you will advise and support all employees on regulatory matters and provide guidance in local as well as global projects to ensure that SFS Nordic is compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization, monitor changes and train employees.

You will have direct line management responsibility for one team member and report to management, the Board and the central Compliance function.

The role also includes:

• Support and advice in NPAPs from a regulatory compliance perspective

• Take on the role as AML Officer, in close partnership with the Head of AFC

• Check the organization's regulatory compliance through spot checks

• Local clarification of whistleblowing cases and compliance‑related incidents

About you

You have at least 6 years of professional experience where you have held a compliance position, preferably in an international finance company or other multinational company. You have expertise in finance, leasing and banking laws and regulations as well as knowledge in corporate compliance, data protection, and anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

To fit in this role, you have high level of integrity and at the same time excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear and effective way. You are a Business-minded team player with a hands-on mentality and collegial personality who is result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.

High level of proficiency in verbal and written English and Swedish and the ability to work collaboratively with the Siemens global team is mandatory. You have a law degree or an equivalent academic degree in a relevant field.
