The Position
The Head of Compliance promotes our compliance conscious culture within the group and collaborates with the Toyota Material Handling Europe management. You will work closely with experts from the legal department, HR, Finance and IT. Our owners Toyota Industries is currently developing its global and pan European compliance organisation and you will play a key role in that work.
Your Responsibilities will include
Conducting whistleblowing investigations, including protection of whistleblowers and timely reporting of case status, outcomes, and relevant KPIs to the Regional Chief Compliance Officer.
Lead Compliance training and communication across the Group
Advice management on compliance matters
Coordinating the Compliance Committee
Conduct evidence-based compliance risk assessments and implement adequate frameworks
Lead and continuously improve the TMHE compliance system
Develop clear policies and supervising local compliance teams
Your Profile

Here are a few things that would make you a great fit:
Experienced in corporate compliance, legal, internal audit or investigations within an international industrial or similar environment
Documented experience in managing company-wide compliance risk assessment activities
Experienced of international compliance regulations and best practices. We see it as beneficial if you have prior experience on export regulations
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Master’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent through work life experience
